One hundred percent of the grapes used to make this wine are grown in northeastern Ohio. Due to the nature of Ohio’s growing season, the acidity accentuates the fruitiness of this wine.
Notes of lemon, lime, and orange. It is balanced with nut, honey, and green apple. This wine is back-sweetened to add about 2% residual sugar.
Great with Thai and Indian cuisine, pork dishes with fruit sauces; also pairs well with fondue.
