Made from grapes grown in Lake County California, this Sav Blanc is typical: very earthy nose with a higher than norm alcohol content.

Tasting notes

Due to its earthy nature, bell pepper with grassy notes are eminent with a tart apple skin finish.

Pair with sushi, smoked salmon, or shrimp cocktail. Earthy greens such as kale and sautéed spinach also pair well.
