Marcello’s Reserve (2018 Cabernet Sauvignon)

According to many aficionados, this is our best and most complex wine based upon the quality of grapes used to produce it. One Hundred percent of these grapes are produced in California’s Dry Creek AVA in Sonoma County. Marcello’s reserve grapes grow adjacent to the grower’s estate grapes, at altitude, hence its Reserve status.

Tasting notes

Heavy note of black currant, black cherry, with a clove/oak finish. The finish on this wine is “silk”, and the deep ruby color paints a beautiful picture of the quality of the final product.

Food pairing

MEAT MEAT MEAT- Pairs spectacularly with your best cut of filet mignon, roasted rack of lamb, or beef short ribs.
