House Red is a blend of Ohio and California wines meshed with French Oak to combine the best of both worlds.  Ohio is known for high acidic grapes with low sugar, while California is known for its low acid grapes and high sugar.  Blended together…. PERFECTION.

Woody to the nose and nutty to the palate, with a finish of red raspberry, black cherry, and hints of coffee.

Paired best with pasta, bold meat dishes, savory chicken, and grilled pork. Recommend trying with dark chocolate cake or a nice ganache.
