Dry Riesling

Same as its sister (semi-sweet) version but no residual sugar. This wine is made from 100% Ohio grapes grown in the northeastern part of the state.  Due to the nature of Ohio’s growing season, the acidity accentuates the fruitiness of this wine.

Tasting notes

Notes of lemon, lime, and orange. This is balanced with notes of nut honey and green apple finish.

Food pairing

Great with Thai and Indian cuisine, pork dishes with fruit sauces, also pairs well with fondue.
