Alfredo’s Reserve

Derived from ancient vines (at least 108 years old) grown in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, California, Alfredo’s Reserve is made from one of the best Zinfandel regions in the world. This wine has a high tannin content and is reserved for the most sophisticated palate. Allow the bottle to sit open for at least 6 hours to witness the wine “come to life”. Taste test 2 hours later to see the various flavors that come alive, all while becoming softer on the palate.

Tasting notes

Extreme dark chocolate, with hints of tobacco and cherry. The leathery finish is extremely smooth and soft on the palate.

Food pairing

Amazing with smoked cheeses and a cured meat charcuterie. Also pairs well with barbecued pork and foods that exhibit tangy flavors.
