Off-Dry Pink Catawba

Same origin as its sister wine, Pink Catawba Sweet, this wine is semi- dry and has low residual sugars added. We consider this wine to be “foxy”- just like a Rosé!

Sweet-tart, crisp, with pineapple and fuji apple flavors.

Food pairing

Served chilled as a party opener. Would pair wonderfully with a spicy ceviche, or spicy hummus and vegetables.
